Provide day to day support related to maintaining and ensuring current and accurate data is available to users of the asset management system for Hamilton Water. This includes data mining, updating, reporting, verifying, correcting and analyzing data. Support and maintain Infor Public Service and Infor EAM enterprise systems. Support, maintain and customize Atlassian Jira Service Desk and Jira Confluence Knowledge Base. Establish and conduct system testing after structural changes and software upgrades. Provide one on one and group user support for data related issues. Receive and answer enquiries from staff, other departments and outside agencies. Create and conduct presentations using verbal, written and visual techniques for management & staff. Look for and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency and create cost savings. Co-ordinates projects between the City, contractors and consultants. Maintain confidentiality of Infor Enterprise Assets Management and Public Service Information Systems. Interpret and assign support tickets to staff.
