Worked on the team that implemented water billing for metered water services for the City of Hamilton. Responsibilities included programming to support service order completion by outside contractors, data migration, modification of billing system and credit and collections to support water billing and payments. Wrote reporting for City of Hamilton to track reciepts, expenses and fee payments.
