Automated collection calling

Worked with a TTS software vendor to automate a manually operated collection calling system. The existing system generated collections reports that were then passed on to customer service representatives who would make the actual call. Responsibilities included converting reporting to tables containing appropriate TTS text depending on the content of the CIS, transfer of the TTS records to the TTS software, monitoring the call to determine result and recycling the call, reporting on the result or automated generation of a collection service order based on customer responses and collection status of the account.
