Modified customer information system to better track account payments and deposits in order to more accurately track payments and time refunds and application of deposits to delinquent accounts. Primary object of the modification was to stop execution of collection service orders if a payment was made or a deposit was applied to the account between the time of the orders creation and its' execution.
