Worked as part of a team implementing Industrial and Financial Systems ERP system in two utilities. Participated in process documentation, security and role set up and user experience design. Responsible for data migration and validation. Created reporting to fill gaps using ClickBase BI tool and MS SQL Server SSIS, SSAS and SSRS along with Crystal Reports and an in package reporting tool. Created interfaces from the ERP systems to customer information systems and geographic information systems.
