Created and application to allow inventory control for documents going into storage in multiple locations and with requirments for destruction on specific dates and with required approval at destruction time. The site allowed a user to enter information about the document content, storage location, elapsed time before destruction and approvals required before destruction. The system provides daily reporting in the form of an calandar accessable list that can be used to create a pick list for documents requiring destruction on any selected date. The pick list can be created as an excel or paper document which when completed can be save as an image in the database attached to the documents that are destroyed. The application includes a facility to print labels to be attached to the documents in storage so all the documents are labled in a stardard format.
